Quality Assurance Plan

Synectic Solutions, Inc. employs a comprehensive Quality Assurance (QA) review process that contributes to a relatively risk-free business environment for our customers. Our QA plan applies to all Synectic services and deliverables and has proven effective in the course of work on dozens of U.S. Government task orders with excellent results – earning us Outstanding past performance ratings from customers across the board.

Synectic's Corporate Office is pleased to announce our ISO 9001-2008 certification as a result of successful completion of a Management System Certification Audit by SGS in 2009. In accordance with our ISO 9001-2008 Quality Management System (QMS), Synectic has developed and continuously follows a QA process that includes formal procedures governing all aspects of quality, including:

Management oversight requirements
Work planning and execution
Material receipt, storage, and inspection
Document controls and quality record requirements
Worker training and qualifications
Formal work procedures
Internal audit functions

QA is built into the work process as a continuous event, as opposed to trying to “inspect-in” quality at the end of the job.
