Earnie Leonard

Director of Contracts

Earnie Leonard was born and raised in Southern California, where he received his Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from California State University, Fullerton. Earnie has over 20 years experience in the contracts field. Before joining Synectic Solutions, Inc., he worked for Ford Aerospace, Sparta, Inc., Foster Wheeler Engineering, Litton Industries and the New York Stock Exchange.

In 2005, Earnie returned to California to join Synectic Solutions, Inc. after spending a decade on the East Coast in Boston, Toronto and New York. Earnie has worked with open-space land trusts in Boston and New York to develop and maintain community gardens that provide intrinsic value as well as produce for local shelters and soup kitchens as part of a Harvest Share program.

Earnie has also completed executive management programs at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and the University of California, Irvine.
