JoAnn Siros

Human Resources Director

JoAnn Siros has been with Synectic Solutions since 2005 and serves as Director of Human Resources. She has nearly 20 years of experience in the defense contracting industry as a senior-level analyst and Program Manager prior to joining Synectic’s Executive Management Team. She received the company’s Most Valuable Player award for 2006. JoAnn has a bachelor’s degree in Business with an option in Human Resource Management and has earned her Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR) certification.
