Kevin Siemon

Lexington Park Regional Operations Manager

Kevin Siemon was born and raised in College Park, Maryland. He received a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix and spent 30 years in the United States Marine Corps. During his Marine Corps career, Kevin performed the functions of Senior Advisor for aviation ordnance logistics with Marine Forces Pacific, Korea, and Central Commands – providing “on-site” logistical support for Operations Iraqi and Enduring Freedom.

Over the years, Kevin worked on a wide range of weapons systems – supporting AH-1J/T/T-TOW, A6E, AV-8B, F-14A/B/D, F/A-18A/B/C, and OV-10A/D aircraft in every Air Wing of the Marine Corps. His final tour of duty was that of senior advisor for the entire Aviation Ordnance Occupational Specialty, comprising over 2400 officers and enlisted men and women. He ended his career in the Marine Corps as the Senior Aviation Ordnance Chief, retiring out of the Pentagon at Headquarters, Marine Corps. Kevin began work as a contractor for DCS Corporation supporting the Naval Air Systems Command in Patuxent River, Maryland in 2007 and joined Synectic Solutions in 2008 as the Lexington Park Regional Operations Manager.
