Lynn M. Dines

President and CEO

Lynn Dines was born and raised just outside of Chicago, Illinois, where she received her Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology from Northeastern Illinois University. Lynn began her career in Chicago at Standard Oil Company developing technical documentation and training materials. Later, she worked as a training instructor supporting a welfare-to-work program on Chicago’s South Side. In 1985, she and her young family moved to Southern California where she received an MS in Systems Management from the University of Southern California and began her career as a Defense Contractor at SAIC supporting the U.S. Air Force Space Division. When her job moved to Colorado in 1987, she stayed in California and began working with the Navy at the Pacific Missile Test Center – Point Mugu as a Logistics Analyst.

In 1997, Lynn left a job as a Logistics Directorate Head and founded Synectic Solutions, Inc. Since that time, Lynn has focused her energy on building a world-class organization that delivers value to our customers, creates value for our employees, and gives back to the community that we serve.

Over the years, Lynn has served on the Board of Directors for the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, and she is currently a corporate sponsor for the Relay for Life and Project Hope. She is also an active member of NDIA and ASNE. Lynn has completed the Executive and Advanced Executive Management Programs at Dartmouth College’s Tuck School of Business, and she received the Small Business Administration’s 8(a) Small Business Person of the Year Award.
