Essential Job Functions

Develop Preventive Maintenance System (PMS) documentation IAW MIL-P-24534A Planned Maintenance System for Navy Expeditionary Combat Enterprise (NECE), Civil Engineering Support Equipment (CESE), Construction Engineering End Items, and SEALIFT Command Equipment.

Develop Maintenance Requirement Cards, Maintenance Index Pages and associated documentation IAW S9081-AB-GIB-010/MAINT Naval Sea Systems Command: Reliability Centered Maintenance Handbook.

Develop Standard PMS Material Identification Guide (SPMIG) number request and PMS Development Recommendation Report (DRR).

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree; additional experience may be substituted for a degree
A minimum of 5+ to 7 years relevant experience
Intermediate level MS PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Project skills
Ability to travel (less than 25%)

Desired Qualifications

RCM Level I and Level II certification
Arbortext Editor experience

Provide acquisition logistics support to the Assistant Program Managers Logistics (APMLs) for the acquisition documents (e.g. ALSP) required for a program to progress through the acquisition milestones.

A minimum of 10 to 15 years relevant experience
Intermediate level MS PowerPoint, Word, and Access skills
Basic MS Excel skills
Ability to travel
